Your Rights

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with appropriate notice.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
  • Your access to data and services may end upon termination.
  • Fees remain due through the effective termination date.
  • Data export is typically available for 90 days after termination.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • Your use of the services is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction governing iTech Solutions LLC, as specified in your agreement or applicable documentation.
